In 1991, Perfect Foto opened its first location in Philadelphia’s downtown Gallery Mall where the organization began to grow well above expectations and grow rapidly. Due to our wide variety of products, dedication to our customers and personalized approach to customer service, the business quickly expanded. Today, Perfect Foto has 4 locations: 3 across Philadelphia and 1 in Delaware.

About This Project
Perfect Foto was established in 1990 after the founders, Owen Salter, Irma Salter and Richard Salter, observed a very long line at a kiosk in the mall. Upon further investigation they discovered this business was selling only photo buttons! All three of the Salter’s immediately knew they wanted in on this type of business. Soon after, the Salter family started vending at outdoor events selling photo buttons and keychains.
